Group Training is a fitness program where you exercise with a group of people led by a certified trainer. It’s different from working out alone because it’s motivating working as a group, and you get guidance from a pro to help you reach your goals.
Yes! Our program is designed to accommodate everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete. Our trainers will adjust the workouts to match your fitness level, so you’ll always feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
We offer a variety of workouts, including HIIT Training, strength training, Boxing, Yoga and Pilates and more. Our program keeps things exciting by changing up the routines, so you’ll never get bored.
To join a session, simply download our app NG Health and Fitness and pick a time that works for you. You need to book in advance as it helps ensure you have a spot in the class, and allows the trainer to plan accordingly, as some sessions may fill up quickly.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring friends or family members along. It’s a great way to stay motivated and have fun together. Plus, we offer special promotions for group sign-ups.
Our pricing varies depending on the package you choose. We have flexible options to fit different budgets. Enquire directly to find out more about prices and whether we’re the right fit for you.
You just need to wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all the necessary equipment, but feel free to bring a water bottle and a towel.
