Our coaching is designed for people who want a highly individual approach and expert guidance.
Most clients begin training 2–4 sessions per week when they first start. This allows us to build momentum, improve movement quality, and establish consistent progress.
As strength and confidence increase, many clients transition to a slightly lower frequency while maintaining the results they’ve built.
Most of our long-term clients train 2–3 sessions per week.
Because every programme is tailored, the most appropriate training structure is discussed during your initial consultation and assessment.
