You’ve just done something amazing – you had a baby! After six weeks, your doctor says you can start exercising again. But, wow, are you tired. You’ve got this tiny new baby who needs you all the time. You’re feeling slow, sleepy, and super busy. We get it, having a baby is incredibly hard work.
But guess what? The best thing you can do for you and your baby is to be healthy and strong. That’s why we designed a new program exclusively for new mums. It’ll help you restore your pelvic floor, help you get fit, and make you feel like you’re in charge of your body again. This is really important for both your body and your mind.
Our exercise sessions are 45 minutes long. They’re short, but they’ll make you work hard. We know that you might be tired or stressed. But taking time to work on you is not only good for you, and it’s good for the people around you too, especially your newborn child.
We also work with a women’s health osteopath who helps new moms. They’ll check you at the start and the end of the six weeks to see how much you’ve improved. So, let’s get started! It’s time to take care of you, so you can take care of your baby.
