Step 2 - Consultation & Assessment

Your first visit is not a workout.

It’s an opportunity for us to understand you properly.

During this session we discuss:

  • your training history
  • previous injuries
  • current limitations

We also assess movement options and joint tolerance so we know where to begin.

Step 3 - Programme Design

From the assessment we design your training approach.

This includes:

  • exercise selection
  • starting loads
  • training frequency
  • progression strategy

Your programme is built around what your body can currently tolerate.

Your sessions take place in our private studio environment.

Each session is coached and progressed over time.

We focus on:

  • building strength
  • improving movement control
  • gradually expanding capacity
